Join Rose for Pilates
Yoga and Pilates are very complimentary. If you enjoy yoga, you will enjoy Pilates class.
In Pilates, we will focus on core strength, following a repeated sequence of moves, linking the moves to the breath. Abdominal, back, and leg muscles will be worked. Poses may move more quickly than in yoga, but all the moves will be controlled. Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates, wanted to call his style of exercise “contology”, underlining the importance of conscious movement.
This class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS as modifications can be given.
