Pilates

Join Rose for Pilates

Yoga and Pilates are very complimentary. If you enjoy yoga, you will enjoy Pilates class.
In Pilates, we will focus on core strength, following a repeated sequence of moves, linking the moves to the breath. Abdominal, back, and leg muscles will be worked. Poses may move more quickly than in yoga, but all the moves will be controlled. Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates, wanted to call his style of exercise “contology”, underlining the importance of conscious movement.

This class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS as modifications can be given.

Wake-Up Flow to Glow

Join Marie and wake up your bodies & minds.

A gentle morning vinyasssa flow that combines stretching and strengthening, and breath awareness to wake up the body. You will leave your mat feeling awake and alive and ready to take on your day.

This class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS as modifications can be given.

Yoga Flow

Join Nadine for a flow class incorporating vinyassa and hatha yoga components along with mindfulness practices to keep students grounded. This fast paced class will progress from warm up through to more challenging poses with the goal of gaining strength, balance and confidence. Each class will be different so that the student is exposed to all types of movements and poses in a full body workout.

Yoga Slow

Come see Nadine for the yoga slow class.

This class will incorporate slow transitions and longer more relaxed poses. The students will learn to calm their mind, focus on their breath, and use intentional movement in a slower flow style class. Check your to do list at the door and enjoy 60 minutes of mindful practice to end your day.

Rise and Shine

Andrea and Michelle will guide you through an inspirational flow class to get you motivated throughout the rest of your day.

Power Vinyassa Flow

Join Michelle in an Invigorating class that combines breath with movement.

This energetic flow class will cultivate strength, flexibility, balance and focus. You will leave feeling Relaxed, Refreshed and Energized!

Gentle and Restorative

Join Michelle for a gentle and restorative class where you slow down and open the body through gentle movements and light stretching, while maintaining the poses for a longer period of time.

Warrior Yoga

Join Marie for Warrior Yoga with Dowel.

Balance. Grace. Discipline.

Wield your strength and build a strong foundation. This class focuses on deeper, stabilizing muscles through balancing and stretching with a dowel. We will discipline our muscles with longer holds and deeper stretches.

Rest and Restore

Unwind with Marie in this slow paced class.

Poses are held for a longer period of time to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system encouraging a sense of relaxation of Mind, Body and Spirit.

Savy Stretch

Andrea invites you to come and experience a very gentle and restorative meditative class, releasing the stress of your hectic week, and bringing you into the weekend with a calm, relaxed state of mind and body.

Yin/Ylang

Join Michelle as she guides you through a blend of two styles of yoga. A more active flow that focuses on strength and flexibility, then transitioning to a slower yin style that focuses on the deep connective tissues. You will leave class with a sense of calm balance.

Sadhana: Inspirational Practice

Join Andrea on Sundays mornings for an inspirational weekly practice for Body, Mind and Soul. A feel good practice for everyone.
