Trish will incorporate music, guided visualization, and group energy/breath work. Trish Leblanc, Grand Wellness Studio Manager & Yoga Instructor
Tricia is a busy mother of three beautiful boys, she finds happiness in family, friends and personal well being. She has never been the type to do things the traditional way; trusting her instinct & following her heart, she knows life is too short for regrets and wants to find peace in her decisions & excitement in her future.
Tricia’s Yoga journey began in highschool when she took her first yoga class at the YMCA & fell in love with everything about the practice. Life & circumstance took her from her mat from time to time, but the dream to become a yoga teacher was always something she desired. With timing & personal growth, Tricia found her path to DeLaSol Teacher Training in Hamilton where she successfully completed her 200hr RYT certification three years ago.
Tricia began teaching Special Needs children, following her personal passion to give ‘everybody’ the opportunity to move on their mats while embracing & celebrating their differences.
She is presently teaching all age groups movement and mindfulness on the mat. Classes include: Vinyasa Flow – coordinating movement with breath through creative sequencing.
Restorative – grounding & calming the nervous system while holding poses longer encouraging ultimate relaxation. Her love for the Restorative practice shines through when leading students to make time, draw inwards, and find themselves in stillness on their mats.
Tricia believes in continually learning from others to help develop her own practice & grow as a teacher. She looks forward to new beginnings, new students and the on-going process of Letting Go.
Her passion for leading & developing the strengths of others has organically brought her to managing the New GW Wellness Studio. Her vision is to hold space for individuals of all abilities who are seeking growth of Mind, Body & Soul
