This is a gentle class suitable for all levels. We will learn a variety of basic asanas (poses), that are held for short periods of time, while focusing on breath control and proper alignment, which, in turn helps to align the mind, body and spirit. The use of props is greatly encouraged in this class setting. You will leave this class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Marie Saunders, Yoga Instructor
Her classes are primarily Hatha based, helping people to connect with mind, body and spirit, with a focus on breath control and alignment. She also offers a few flow classes that combine the breath with movement. She offers lots of modifications to accommodate all levels from beginners to advanced students.
Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced, both on and off the mat.
