Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Guests:
We at Grand Wellness understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise which can result in being late or having to cancel your scheduled appointment. With respect to both our staff and other guests, we must enforce our cancellation policy.

Grand Wellness will always commit to being on time and prepared for your scheduled appointments. The time you have reserved is for you exclusively. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to update any profile information and/or submit new forms, etc. These forms are a requirement before your practitioner can start treatment. It is your responsibility to complete these in a timely manner so that this does not run into your reserved appointment time. These forms can also be completed electronically at home on any mobile device or computer. We ask this so we may provide you with the full benefit of the treatments you have booked.

In the event that you are unable to honour your commitment, we ask that you notify our Administration team at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Reduced appointments due to late arrivals will still be charged at total value and end at the scheduled time so we can show the same respect to the guests following you.

Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% service fee.

If you are absent for your scheduled appointment(s), you will be charged in FULL. When we have no notice that you are not able to attend your scheduled appointment, we are unable to fill the time you have reserved. This also results in your practitioner losing out on their income.

Please note that missed appointments do not qualify for insurance reimbursement and future appointments will not be booked while there is an outstanding balance on your personal account with us.
