Frequently Asked Questions

What is Spa Etiquette? 2016-03-10T13:13:02+00:00

As part of our rules of Spa Etiquette we ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself a leisurely entrance.
Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will shorten your spa treatment. Your treatment time is precious as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed. When you arrive, sit back, relax, and enjoy some of our complimentary beverages. Remember you are here to relax… Upon arrival please turn off cell phones and pagers.

What is your cancellation policy? 2016-03-29T15:50:27+00:00

We ask 24 hours notice for individual treatments, 48 hours notice for all spa packages. Credit card number is required to hold all packages and are subject to booking and availability. The balance of your treatment must be paid upon arrival, late cancellations result in being charged half the price of the treatment, no shows will be charged full price.
